With her analytical mindset and thoughtful approach to data interpretation, Kelsey Crouch-Dodson utilizes her expertise gained from experience in higher education and the nonprofit sectors to develop insights in decision science.
At BWF, Kelsey provides overall project support to all areas of client engagements including analysis of philanthropic and economic trends, peer comparisons and benchmarking, survey development and administration, prospect research, wealth screening management, and study support. Through data-supported outcomes, Kelsey enjoys demonstrating to clients their potential, which she often finds to be game-changing. Partnering with nonprofits and experiencing firsthand their innovation and impact is a privilege for Kelsey.

In her spare time, you can find Kelsey baking, practicing yoga, traveling, and reading historical fiction. She is actively involved at Westminster Presbyterian Church, participating in Elder of Session, serving as a member of the Stewardship Committee, and chairing the Christian Vocations Team.
