Molly Kelly has been serving the nonprofit industry for over 25 years in a career that has focused on digital transformation, website development, and fundraising systems. She is driven by a deep commitment to empowering nonprofit organizations to create meaningful, real-world impact through technology and strategy.
Molly finds inspiration in the tangible outcomes of her work: improved fundraising, stronger engagement, and ultimately, greater impact in the communities the organizations serve. With her strong passion for the intersection of technology and purpose, Molly believes in digital tools’ power to transform how organizations operate and grow.
At BWF Zuri, Molly’s work centers on enabling organizations to “think in the realm of the possible” by leveraging data, systems, and innovative solutions to move their missions forward. As a member of the senior leadership team, she identifies market risks and opportunities, details the implications for company growth, and works collaboratively to operationalize action plans. She will often partner with other leaders to identify and drive cross-functional improvements in product, operations, and technology. Additionally, she works to improve how the company delivers technical solutions by implementing secure and modern best practices in development, testing, and deployment.
Molly serves as a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. She is also a member of the international nonprofit organization Nten. In her free time, she enjoys storytelling on stage, cycling, traveling, and politics.
