Grant Christianson

Grant Christianson has spent the majority of his career in the healthcare sector, where prioritizing patient care was at the core of everything. Throughout his professional experiences across various sectors, he has been inspired by the ability of nonprofits to turn the value of service into tangible change that impacts people on a large scale. Philanthropic organizations have a unique ability to bring people and resources together to address problems, open doors, and improve lives in ways that individuals cannot do alone.  

Grant holds a deep belief in service and giving back, and companies such as BWF afford him the opportunity to act on those beliefs across a wide spectrum of philanthropic causes. Knowing that his work helps ensure the company’s success, which in turn helps clients change lives, is deeply meaningful and motivating to him each and every day.  

As the chief financial officer at BWF, Grant is responsible for financial strategy, planning, and oversight of financial operations. He focuses his efforts on the company’s financial health, including alignment of financial goals with business objectives, and provides strategic leadership in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, compliance, and risk mitigation. In addition to financial oversight, he also manages several internal departments to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with BWF’s strategic goals. 

In his free time, Grant enjoys spending time with his family and friends, relaxing at the lake “up north,” golfing, and running his Texas Hold ‘em poker league.
