Project Manager I

Courtney Williams brings over 10 years of experience working with education, workforce development, and nonprofit organizations dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals and communities. Much of her career has involved helping families, students, and community partners access resources and programs to improve lives. She finds inspiration in philanthropy’s ability to turn ideas into meaningful change through investments in people and communities that help create opportunities that might not otherwise exist. 

Courtney is driven to support organizations that are working to improve lives and strengthen communities. As a project manager at BWF, Courtney focuses on providing project management support involving project operations, logistics coordination, documentation, research, and helping ensure client deliverables are completed accurately and in a timely manner. She finds fulfilment helping mission-driven teams stay organized and operate effectively so they can focus on creating meaningful impact.

Courtney serves as the hospitality and community engagement committee chair for the PTA at her son’s school. She has also supported various community and educational programs, including playing a vital role in securing a grant from the National PTA for a family fun STEM Night. 

Outside of her professional work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her wonderful son, Jordan, cooking, planning events, exploring creative projects, and finding ways to bring people together.
