Pam Walters

Project Assistant

With extensive experience in advisory and coaching roles, Pam Walters understands firsthand how the actions of others can truly make an impact. She believes her vocation and professional endeavors, alongside a team of like-minded, mission-driven individuals, allow her to make a positive difference.

Prior to joining BWF, Pam held a variety of career service roles in the education sector at community schools and universities. At BWF, Pam’s primary role focuses on copyediting, proofreading, and designing firm documents for client deliverables and sales proposals. Her responsibility is to ensure documents adhere to BWF’s branding and global identity standards.

Pam is a treasurer at Episcopal Parish Vestry Leadership Council, a parish choir member, and the College Career Center Consortium State Chair. Outside of her work and volunteering, Pam enjoys singing, baking, yoga, and hiking.
