Kao Yongvang

Kao Yongvang is inspired by nonprofits’ big ideas and ambitious goals. She finds the passion and dedication of those who work in nonprofits to be infectious and motivating. She enjoys her career within the philanthropy industry as she finds consultants to be great observers, advisors, problem solvers, and connectors.  

As a seasoned administrative professional with strong problem-solving and relationship-building expertise, Kao serves as an office and travel coordinator at BWF. Her responsibilities include providing administrative support to leadership, travel coordination to team members, and office coordination for the company’s headquarter office. Additionally, she assists with special internal projects to help drive business initiatives.  

In her free time, Kao serves as a hospice volunteer and is dedicated to end-of-life advanced planning. She also enjoys photography, food sampling, and four-leaf clover hunting, as well as manga and manhwa reading.
