Tamara Dujovne is passionate about developing processes and initiatives that enhance efficiency and enable individuals to reach their full potential. In her day-to-day work, she finds fulfillment and inspiration in collaborating with like-minded colleagues who share a common goal of making both a difference in someone’s life and a positive impact on society as a whole.

Tamara is a consulting partner with BWF, lending her expertise in talent management as well as learning and development. She has successfully led and managed complex projects by drawing on her ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously along with her excellent problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Tamara ultimately helps clients design, develop, and implement organizational solutions that are practical and enduring and that promote positive experiences and beneficial engagement in the talent management space.

In her spare time, Tamara loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
