She’s seen firsthand the transformational impact a philanthropic gift can have on a student or a fundraising program and wants to continue being part of that change. She is constantly inspired by the bold ideas that philanthropy brings to life—ideas that might not otherwise see the light of day—and believes that this is how we move society forward. 

With deep expertise across advancement services—including portfolio intelligence, prospect research, reporting, business intelligence, operations, and data analysis—Nicole brings a strategic and innovative approach to transforming data into actionable insights. She specializes in building tools, processes, and resources, like dynamic dashboards, that not only demonstrate value but also drive data-informed decision-making, empowering organizations to optimize their philanthropic impact. She knows that even the smallest pattern in data can be a game changer, the key to connecting a donor to a cause and making a lasting difference in someone’s life. 

Nicole enjoys visiting the mountains of Colorado, running, playing with her two small children, and listening to music of the 90s. She grew up playing competitive AAA hockey as a goaltender and is a big Colorado Avalanche fan.
