Laura Haney

Laura Haney believes nonprofits are a cornerstone of communities that thrive, and she’s inspired by their drive to elevate the greater good through their collective impact. Philanthropy allows everyone to play a part in the fulfillment of those important missions, working together to create lasting change for the betterment of all. Passionate about purpose-driven work, Laura is motivated by the opportunity to be part of a collaborative team working together to empower nonprofits to make a difference in the world.  

As a director in the campaigns and fundraising strategy division at BWF, Laura’s areas of focus center on gathering and synthesizing data, conducting stakeholder interviews, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. With her background in fundraising, relationship management, and data analytics, she is committed to delivering measurable outcomes while fostering strong, trust-based client relationships and delivering strategic, data-informed support. 

In her free time, Laura spends a great deal of time outdoors at the lake with her husband, two daughters, and their rescue puppy. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, baking, reading, and starting overly ambitious art projects with her kids.
