Annie LeBlanc
Annie is inspired by the passion and creativity nonprofits exhibit when solving problems and advancing their missions, especially when resources are limited. Seeing people combine their skills and commitment to create meaningful change is genuinely motivating to her, and it’s why she’s drawn to the philanthropy industry.
Annie understands that fundraising work can be complex and wants to help teams feel supported, confident, and equipped to focus on their mission rather than fighting with their tools. Working in this industry allows her to make a difference behind the scenes while helping organizations strengthen the impact they have on their communities.
As the director of operations consulting at BWF, Annie is responsible for optimizing nonprofit fundraising operations. She brings experience dealing with database challenges across prospect management, gift documentation and processing, acknowledgments, operation productions, and more. Annie’s skillset allows her to help nonprofits understand their data and systems, improve their processes, and create tools and documentation that empower staff to work more confidently and efficiently.
