Sara Cadiz
Sara Cadiz has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 20 years, primarily with religious institutions but also with a community health clinic. Her work with nonprofits allows her to connect to the causes and missions that align with her values and beliefs, providing a sense of fulfillment knowing that her efforts are making a positive impact on society. The generosity and compassion of philanthropists serves as an enduring source of inspiration for her to give back and make a difference.
Sara serves as the lead executive assistant at BWF. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the executive assistant team and focusing on improving operational efficiency and providing seamless support to BWF’s leadership.

Sara currently volunteers in St. Paul at Face to Face and Safe Zone and fundraises for the Westside Farmers Market. In her free time, she is an avid reader and also enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, meditating, biking on her Peloton, and traveling with her wife both in the states and abroad.
