Kate Nimety finds true inspiration in the human capacity to see one another clearly, to teach and learn, to support those in need, and to leave the world better than we found it. These intrinsically human qualities are exquisitely supported and amplified by nonprofit organizations and the people who have banded together to grow and scale a shared mission.
With over 15 years of experience, Kate specializes in management consulting, systems design, organizational development, and change management. In her role as a member of senior leadership at BWF Zuri, she focuses on overseeing and managing the fundraising operations and systems consulting teams. She works to align strategic priorities with evolving industry and client needs and is dedicated to driving collaboration and innovation.
Kate is an avid volunteer, dedicating her time to numerous organizations. She currently serves as a board member and committee volunteer for AASP, is president for the Rouse High School Athletic Booster Club and is the corporation founder of Rouse Volleyball Boosters.
In her free time, Kate enjoys exercise and fitness (recovering Crossfitter, running, weightlifting), crocheting and knitting, watercolor painting, crafting, reading, and enjoying the fine arts.
