Project Manager II

Becca Nichols is inspired by philanthropy’s ability to bring people together and create long-lasting change. Every day she is motivated by seeing firsthand how collective efforts can uplift communities, support important causes, and improve lives. Driven by her passion for making a difference and using her expertise in project management, Becca’s work allows her to help drive efficiency, foster collaboration, and support efforts that create meaningful change for nonprofit clients. 

As a project manager at BWF, Becca provides a wide range of administrative, research, and project management support in the daily workflow of client projects within the various firm divisions. Her tasks include, but are not limited to, project execution, progress updates and monitoring, cross-team communication, and team coordination. She also assists in the preparation of client deliverables such as presentations, reports, and correspondence.

Becca is an active volunteer. She has organized blood drives for the American Red Cross, participated in feeding the homeless initiatives, supported the Special Olympics, volunteered at local animal shelters, and served as a pen pal for individuals in need. She has also worked with kids’ shelters and advocated for autism awareness, which is inspired by her son who is autistic.   

Becca thoroughly enjoys spending her free time with her twins, watching anime, and reading.
