FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: November 7, 2018
Minneapolis, Minn.—

Bentz Whaley Flessner (BWF) and the Association of Advancement Services Professionals (AASP) are excited to announce our recent partnership focused on the development of a long-term survey strategy and methodology. BWF’s goal is to further support AASP in assessing industry trends, ensuring that the results are broadly informative, connected to key philanthropic outcomes, and are measured by a robust analytical instrument to support year-over-year analysis. In preparation for this initiative, BWF had the pleasure of facilitating the 2018 salary survey project to inform our future work. Michelle Hussey (AASP Board Member) said, “This partnership with BWF is a perfect fit. Their expertise paired with our membership participation, vast knowledge and feedback will yield great information for AASP and the industry overall.”

Building on the insights and success of AASP’s efforts, BWF and AASP are positioned to take the Association’s data acquisition and analysis program to the next level by broadening and systematizing survey strategies to meet the evolving needs of our industry. “BWF is privileged to partner with AASP, as they have been a pioneering resource in providing valuable data and insight to the advancement services community,” says Katrina Klaproth, BWF principal and project lead. “BWF’s goal is to match AASP’s contribution and commitment to further understanding trends relevant to our industry.”

BWF and AASP wish to thank all of the members for their participation in this year’s survey. The full results of this year’s salary survey will be delivered by BWF at the Summit Recognition and Business Meeting Luncheon, scheduled for Thursday, November 15th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
