Corus International had been utilizing various manual processes to prepare reports for its fundraising organizations Lutheran World Relief and Corus World Health. They needed a solution that would automate that work and provide one source of truth for data. Achieving that goal has been a game changer for how Corus develops its fundraising strategies.

Corus needed better access to its data and a better approach to tracking progress toward its goals. The implementation of MS Power BI accomplished that and allowed for tailoring a suite of dynamic, close to real-time dashboards for specific needs. The dashboard suite allows Corus to quantify and validate fundraising strategies and more efficiently allocate high-value resources, while opening up the opportunity to integrate dynamic scoring models to further optimize fundraising efforts.

The BWF team was a collaborative partner in developing a clear pathway and workplan that addressed our pain points. Our team is now equipped with data and analysis that has elevated our effectiveness as a fundraising team. The impact on our team culture and aspiration to be data driven is undeniable.
