Will Lemon
Entering the nonprofit and philanthropy sector as a new direction in his career has been an eye-opening experience for Will Lemon. The feeling of fulfillment he gets from helping youth achieve their goals as a coach in spare time is similar to the sense of accomplishment he gets from his professional work helping nonprofit organizations.
At BWF, Will serves as the contracts administrator. In this role, he is responsible for contract review, negotiation, and administration as well as for reviewing RFP for contractual terms as needed.

For the past 15 years, Will has volunteered as a football coach for local recreation teams and the high school. This journey has allowed him to mentor and guide young athletes, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
