Achieving Sustainable Success with Systems and Operations
How do you scale and grow responsibly to continue to meet growing fundraising goals year after year? Join us as we discuss leveraging modern systems and automating routine processes to maximize your resources and in turn your impact!
In this virtual event, Josh LaBorde, Associate Vice President for Systems and Operations at BWF, hosts a lively and informative conversation with Jake Logan, Vice President for Advancement at the University of Texas at El Paso, and Chelsea Lamego, Cofounder and CEO of FundMiner.
They’ll discuss how having well-run advancement operations directly accelerates the success and sustainability of any fundraising organization. They’ll answer questions like: Why does it matter and to who? How does it help you get more donors and raise more money? How do you get the support and resources from other organization partners and departments? How do you define and measure the success or effectiveness of your advancement operations, and what are the consequences of neglecting them?
Tap into their experience-based insights and advice on how you can meet larger fundraising and organizational goals while delivering a world-class experience for your donors, teammates, and partners.
