Natalie Schmidt is continually amazed by the generosity of people and how an incredible amount of good can happen with even a small amount of help. Nonprofits are on the front lines of making positive changes in people’s lives. Natalie understands that being able to make data-informed decisions is crucial in fundraising today and that a well-run CRM can make all the difference in reaching fundraising goals.
As a CRM implementation specialist at BWF, Natalie is a member of the implementation services team, working on CRM implementations for advancement with a primary focus on the Slate for Advancement CRM. Natalie possesses strong organizational and communication skills, as well as excellent technical skills in the implementation space.

Natalie is a Lasagna Love volunteer, making and delivering hot meals to people in her community. Previously, she served as a board member of Diana’s Grove Dog Rescue and for many years was a Girl Scout leader. In her free time, Natalie enjoys hiking, reading, and listening to live music. In fact, most weekends you can find her at a concert, whether at a local music venue or in a large arena.
