Kate Mead

For over 25 years, Kate Mead has dedicated herself to helping nonprofit organizations optimize technology in order to advance their missions and achieve their goals. Throughout all of her experiences partnering with a wide range of nonprofits, one thing has been consistent. Kate has been inspired by these organizations and the devoted individuals within them who strive tirelessly to improve the world around us.

As the associate managing vice president, operations consulting at BWF, Kate is responsible for managing the operations consulting team. She is often described as a collaborator and problem solver who is an insightful and strategic thinker. Her areas of expertise include project management, system implementation, business process design and improvement, training, and more. As a leader, Kate brings a wealth of knowledge and her nearly two decades of progressive consulting and team-building expertise to helping clients find the best solution for any given situation and achieve their vision of success using technology and processes.

When she’s not actively managing and solving problems, Kate’s favorite pastimes include hiking, reading, knitting, and traveling.
