Gina Mandros
Gina Mandros embraces the opportunity to work with organizations to further their philanthropic impact and success. Throughout her nearly 15-year career, she has found that working with nonprofits provides incredible exposure to the diversity of the world and gives her the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life.
Gina understands that philanthropic efforts often come with resource challenges. By creating an efficient and creative operational structure for clients, she can help them reach fundraising goals that are critical to furthering their missions. As an associate vice president of systems and operations with BWF, Gina uses her expertise to provide counsel in areas such as Slate for Advancement CRM implementation and management, advancement operations, gift processing, donor relations, annual giving, and data management.

Gina serves as a member of the Midwest Regional Board for St. Jude and has held previous board positions for Boys and Girls Club, Children’s Discovery Museum, and McLean County Center for Human Services. Her favorite pastimes include painting, running, reading, and spending time with her family.
