Stephenie Jay

Stephenie (Steph) Jay understands that nonprofits play a fundamental role in providing support to communities, connecting individuals to much needed resources and services, and driving change. Steph’s own personal drive is to create impact in positive ways. Through her work and personal passions, such as being a foster parent, she feels that if she can make an impact on even a few lives, she can contribute to making a meaningful difference in the world.  

As a PMO team lead at BWF, Steph helps manage a team of project managers and provides leadership across the PMO team and for team initiatives. She also manages a portfolio of client projects, ensuring successful execution. When managing these projects, she provides a wide range of project management support to the firm’s divisions.  

In addition to Steph and her husband being proud foster parents, they are also passionate about their small farm. Together, they have horses, goats, chickens, dogs, and cats. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and reading.
