Jacqui Coones finds her work within philanthropy incredibly rewarding. She believes nonprofits fulfill an important need and often involve enthusiastic and mission-driven individuals who make the seemingly impossible, possible.
At BWF, Jacqui, in her role as director of prospect development, is focused on the establishment of prospect development policies and procedures, moves management, portfolio optimization, major gift cultivation and solicitation strategies, relationship management, and performance metrics. Jacqui enjoys the opportunity to collaborate with others to not only help them realize professional and fundraising success, but also ultimately advance their organization’s mission.

Jacqui currently serves as the program chair for APRA VA. Previously, she held volunteer leadership roles with Junior League of Springfield, MO; served as a board member of Greater Ozarks Bluegrass Society; and served on the APRA International Membership Committee.
Jacqui loves being outside walking, hiking, or kayaking. She also enjoys spending time with her two cats, reading, visiting wineries, and traveling.
