With a drive to improve our society for the better, Howard Lipman has dedicated over 40 years to empowering and strengthening a variety of nonprofit organizations through higher education and direct relief services. Howard feels this work is vital because nonprofits and philanthropy bring together people from diverse backgrounds to help those in our world who need it most. He fervently believes that philanthropy helps our global citizens become more humane, just, educated, and prosperous.
As an executive partner, Howard lends his extensive experience to BWF clients in multiple areas: higher education campaigns, campaign financing, family foundations, endowment management and investing, board governance, alumni associations, federated organizations, and more.

Howard served as the president of the AFP Miami chapter as well as the Temple Beth Emet. He also volunteered for the Coral Gables Community Foundation. His favorite pastimes include spending time with his family, volunteering, traveling, fishing, golfing, and enjoying a quality cigar.
