Wendy Jaccard is an associate vice president at Bentz Whaley Flessner where she specializes in systems, operations, and business process definition.
Wendy has over 25 years’ experience in nonprofit fundraising and has worked with federated national and international nonprofits; ACC, Big 10, Ivy League and Canadian institutions of higher education, as well as healthcare clients, small colleges, and secondary education organizations. Prior to joining the firm, Wendy worked in a Salesforce practice for nonprofits as a principal consultant, serving as technical lead, among other roles, with a variety of nonprofit and higher education clients. She also has 15 years of experience with Blackbaud implementations and business process improvement projects, including The Raiser’s Edge and Blackbaud CRM. Wendy started her career at James Madison University, where she served as director of advancement services, overseeing gift administration, constituent management and prospect research, and also leading a new system implementation and conversion and later as the director of the newly-created donor relations program, building the basics of the university’s stewardship program.
Wendy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a Master of Arts in English Literature from James Madison University. She has Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud certifications.
