Katrina Klaproth is the chief operating officer and president of philanthropic services at Bentz Whaley Flessner specializing in fundraising operations and systems. With over 18 years in non-profit management, she is a recognized expert in donor management systems and conversions, organizational structures, integrated and direct fundraising, and donor relations.
Prior to joining the firm, Katrina served as the director of development operations for the George W. Bush Presidential Center, where she oversaw database management and reporting, prospect development, integrated gift administration, membership services, and communications. Previously, Katrina worked at Southern Methodist University, where she served as the director of development management systems, leading the implementation of the emerging Blackbaud CRM system. She also spent several years serving as the vice president of development and marketing at Bon Secours Health System.
Katrina earned a Master of Liberal Studies in Communication, Media, and Technology from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from Florida State University.
