She carries a strong track record for successfully developing and implementing innovative, data-driven solutions designed to grow core fundraising programs and solve complex business problems.
Throughout her career, she has guided organizations through initiatives aimed at improving data integrity, establishing effective data management strategies, and customizing systems to support unique organizational needs. At BWF, her core area of focus lies in the systems and operations with projects in system selection and implementation, program and database optimization, and business process documentation. Joelle finds joy in helping clients develop outstanding fundraising practices that enable them to raise more money to better support their missions and programs.
Joelle’s most cherished pastimes include horseback riding and hiking in the great outdoors as well as reading, writing, and traveling. She has volunteered with Camp Riley, Riley Prom, and The Humane Society of Indianapolis.
