Allison Gannon is the director of sales and service development at BWF. As such, she provides leadership and coordination of the sales pipeline for BWF. Previously, she was the associate director of BWF Insight where she provided a full range of prospect development counsel, conducted market research, and oversaw BWF Insight engagements.
Allison has worked with a wide variety of clients—from healthcare to higher education—helping them streamline prospect development processes with a focus on contributing to the overall major and leadership gift fundraising capacity. She has helped to develop strategies for successfully growing development programs tailored to the unique needs of each client organization.
Allison’s background includes experience in the political and higher education sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Allison oversaw special fundraising projects, conducted prospect research, and wrote stewardship reports at Oberlin College. She also brings experience in member and donor engagement through her work at Democracy for America. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Oberlin College, where she was a student athlete.
