What should I be looking for from the study?
  • Is there sufficient confidence in your organization, its leaders, and your future direction and plans?
  • Do interviewees understand and buy into your fundraising case for support?
  • Will the right volunteers step forward to endorse campaign plans, make major gifts, and lead a campaign?
  • Are there enough campaign prospects willing to give at the required levels and for the right projects?
  • Does your fundraising operation have the required talent, tools, and budget?
  • Are there external factors that may impact campaign success or timing?
