Major gift officers have a unique set of expectations and pressures, and recent research indicates a significant gap between expectations and performance. Do we need to recalibrate our expectations, find more reliable measures of effectiveness, or improve our approach to managing the major gift process? This Webinar will draw on the findings of a recent nationwide benchmarking survey of major gift performance metrics at hospitals and medical centers to update the findings of our initial survey of metrics employed by colleges and universities.
