Feasibility Studies

Is a feasibility study the right course of action?

Some good reasons to conduct a feasibility study:
  • Test campaign timing.
  • Test campaign specific projects.
  • Test campaign themes.
  • Test campaign volunteer leadership availability.
  • Create a more tailored approach.
Some not-so-good reasons to conduct a feasibility study:
  • The campaign manual says so.
  • We did one last time, and we didn’t fail.
  • The campaign consultants said so.
  • The non-profit down the street did one, and the board of directors thinks it’s a good idea.
