  • Alumni Relations Staffing: We analyze your institution’s alumni relations staff size, structure, assignments, and capabilities, and then create recommendations to help ensure the right alumni relations staff are doing the right tasks in support of your alumni relations strategic objectives. We partner with you to create alumni relations metrics to measure and evaluate success.
  • Alumni programs, services, and events: We will use our innovative analytical tools and survey techniques to help you evaluate alumni relations programs and activities against their intended purposes and outcomes. Based on best practices, we recommend concrete ways to enhance alumni relations programs to achieve improved results.
  • Information Systems: We evaluate how effectively you are using your electronic information systems in support of your alumni relations programs and activities, including using information in your database to track and evaluate progress against alumni relations strategic objectives.
